How I work
I work with adults living with chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My work is trauma-informed, and the approach follows the person rather than the other way around. We start with what’s actually in front of you and choose the tools that fit — not a fixed protocol you have to squeeze into.

How I work
EMDR
Reprocessing distressing memories so they lose their grip. A mainstay for trauma and PTSD, and useful for persistent pain.
Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT)
Helping the brain unlearn pain that has become a false alarm rather than a signal of harm.
PGAP
A structured program to reduce pain-related disability and rebuild the life pain interrupted.
ACT
Mindfulness plus values-driven living — including a version tailored for chronic pain.
DBT
Balancing acceptance and change; skills for intense emotions and hard relationships.
CBT
Reshaping stuck thought patterns, with skills you keep for yourself.
Solution-Focused
Starting from your existing strengths and what’s already working.
I have a particular focus on chronic pain — I’m recently PGAP-certified, the work is action-oriented, and it aims squarely at your independence.
